The higher the dollar amount your property brings at auction, the more both parties benefit. Examining your property is where it all starts! Please give us the opportunity to examine your property! It is very important to note, especially for massive accumulations DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OUT! Time and time again we have been called out to housefuls who are working on their fifth dumpster and low and behold people are amazed at what we retrieve and turn into cash for them! By regular mail or e-mail, sending us photos and descriptions is a great way to go. Don’t agonize over the quality of your images; let us give you a tip! Use a lot of light! If you have a large collection, feel free to send a few representative pictures. (We do not return photos.) Try to include in your written descriptions some measurements if you think that is important. You may want to tell us how you came to acquire your property. Let us know any available information about signatures, labels, maker’s mark, method of construction, materials used and condition. We will personally review all your information and we will reply to you ASAP.
